As one of the chosen charities of the High Sheriff, Counsillor Carole Howard, we can light up the City Hall in our chosen colours. Samaritans brought their van to the City Hall to illustrate the link between the lighting of City Hall and the Samaritans charity and the work they do preventing suicide.
